This is a religious person. If you think this is normal or should be accepted behavior, you are also insane, like this woman. Religion and OCD are the only mental illnesses that can be passed on to others, primarily because they are both exactly the same thing. Religion is a form of OCD. In early childhood, when a child learns about the extreme harm of germs, they can often develop and OCD of hand-washing. The same goes for the infinite harm of sin. In order to treat OCD, we must get the affected to test their beliefs/rituals by having them not wash their hands or have the religious who have the most serious type to first admit they can be wrong.
