This is a simple thought, but so very important to think about......if we could see Jesus with our physical eyes that will one day cease to see and close forever in death, we would suddenly spend all of our time with Him and give Him all of our attention. We would watch what we say, do, and even think in His presence. We would be completely overwhelmed and in awe of Him, and we would worship at His feet. We would listen to, and obey all that He tells us, and we would soak in every word like a sponge. We would believe and vow to never be unbelieving again. His presence made visible to us would no doubt, change us forever. Would what we see with our eyes suddenly be more meaningful and significant to us, over that which weve said we were assured of all along in our hearts...that He is with us ALWAYS, even to the end of the age? Why would a physical confirmation of His presence be more valuable to us? Why is Jesus so easily dismissed, forgotten, and doubted throughout our day simply because He is invisible? Oh, that He would plant a firm foundation of trust and awareness in us, and open the eyes of our hearts, once and for all, that we would live continually in the REALITY of His presence with us now and always...
