This is a small portion of a black belt test. I have had the pleasure to attend Master Sylvio Behrings seminars when he came to Pedros school. My professor, Pedro Carvalho, used to train with Master Behring at one time so he brought Master Behring down to do some seminars. I learned a lot from those seminars and learned the value of self defense Jiu-Jitsu training. As you can see in this video self defense is part of the black belt test.
