This is a strange business sometimes, and not always in a good way. Weve built our business on making and maintaining good relationships with our clients. We know their kids, they know our kids and grandkids. They stalk us on Facebook and we stalk them! Weve never been perfect, but by and large we have loyal clients, usually because theyre friends. They dont all stick with us, for varying reasons, but usually they do. I like living our lives and running our business in this way. Got some disturbing news from a friend today that told us that her husband was fired when his employer found out our friends werent using his wife as their agent when they decided to buy. I wish I could say this is the only time Ive heard of this practice out there, but unfortunately it isnt. I wish I could remember the old saying about happy customers telling their sphere about their experience and unhappy customers telling everyone about theirs. Suffice it to say, Karma can play rough folks...and she ALWAYS wins in the end.
