This is a taking interest post.... Me and a friend are discussing running a full time business servicing Mopar and Mustangs alike (yeah, no Ford jokes) but what I need to know is how many of you out there would be SERIOUSLY interested in a bolt on turbo kit (6-8 psi for stock 6.1) in the $5500-$6000 range? My car is about to become the donor car for mass producing a kit. This kit will include everything you need (pipes, turbo, Bov, injectors, boost a pump, etc). On the other hand, I know that there are some Gen 1 and Gen 2 5.7 and 6.4 guys who store their cars of the winter. We are considering making and offer to anyone who wants to loan their car for fitment testing will get the kit for cost (what we pay in cost, no mark up or labor). We arrange to meet or get your vehicle and return it to you with a tuned turbo kit. In exchange, you will be helping the rest of the Mopar world mass produce these kits. There are of course endless options we could do, but turbo is the direction we are headed. If things work out, we will have turbo kits available for everyone within a matter of months. Im not asking for some hell yeahs, do it up, Im asking if this was an available option, would you be an interested buyer? Other things we are considering and would also be interested in knowing of your interested: Powder coating services Intake manifold porting, sanding a powdercoating/Hydro dipping Hydrodipping services Carbon fiber mad eye lids Carbon Fiber door sills Carbon fiber trunk lid liners Steel or carbon Grip belly pans (I need a donor car for a few hours!) Keeping belly pans in stock instead of group buys Carbon firewalls for all makes and models (in stock) Supercharger installation Dyno tuning services Carbon molded side skirts Carbon fiber switch panels There are a lot of ideas in the works, but our main goal is to make turbo kits...so...who wants boost and not a blower? PS...This is a licensed, insured, and LLC business, not a chop shop. I am applying for vendorship on the forums as well, but thought I would give you guys the opportunity to speak up first.
