This is a tough one to read. (Discretion advised due to language and graphic nature). Prosecutors decided to put this compulsively maniacal sociopath (acknowledged as un-medicated) on the stand to regale the Brown jury with her first-hand account of that day. Witness 40 turned out to be completely fabricating the entire thing and it is, remarkably, not the first time (by far) that she has done so. How did the prosecutors allow her testimony to make it to the stand? We may never know. This is remarkable. The following article from The Smoking Gun website that has unmasked this woman is graphic, unbelievable, incredible and probably entirely true. How much the woman said on the stand the first day-and then was allowed to come back on the stand with a handwritten journal account of the events to corroborate her tale- weighed on the ultimate finding of the jury may never be known. My guess is probably very heavily. Shaking my head. No idea whats true anymore. Nothing changes the fact that Brown robbed a store just moments before the incident.
