This is a tragedy in the making. The extension of #ROE8 will destroy some of our most precious and few remaining wetlands - as well as a very important feeding corridor for our black cockatoos and other wildlife. Including the snake that bit me, when I was trekking there a couple of summers ago - putting out watering points in the heat of March. What do we have to do, to get the EPA to actually protect the environment? Please share. Objections have to be lodged by September 27 - so there is not much time to object to this.
