This is a transcript from a recent International session wherein Kris focused on a very topical issue... Kris International Session Recorded in Toronto Channelled by Serge Grandbois Transcribed by Nora Cowherd 3rd September 2014 Roll Call: Serge, Roberta and Chuck. KRIS: Now we trust that you are comfortable and we thank you for your consideration. CHUCK: Thank you very much also Kris. KRIS: Perhaps a brief discussion on some of the current state of world events might be appropriate. CHUCK: Sounds good to us. KRIS: And of course there is much worry for many individuals concerning the developments that are occurring in the Middle East with the rebel group Isis in Iraq, and their presentation of an extremely – how do we say – we would say an extremely virulent orthodox form of Islam, that would consider most of the world including other Muslims as heretics, worthy only of being killed, so stringent is their particular adherence to their world view. And of course many different factions throughout the world, political parties, political figures, political talking pieces – or if you like, talking heads – are all putting in their “2 bits”. And from that point of view it seems entirely rational and logical and permissible to engage and fight back and control, and though it would appear that the issues are irrelevant and pertain only to fanatical religious ideologies, that is only what appears at the surface layer. Underneath or underlying this are other issues about control, about asserting one’s will over others, about seeing that others comply with “their” version of reality and then underneath that it would appear of course that there is a genuine concern by these groups to put into effect Allah or God’s true plan. That being that the only true pleasure that Allah can receive is the slaughter of anyone who does not bend to how certain religious Islamic talking heads decide how things should be and everybody else will simply be cut off, or have their heads cut off if you like. So many heads are being cut off and yet the Queen of Hearts is not even there! We trust you understand the reference. CHUCK: Indeed. KRIS: So in some ways there is an- perhaps poor but some type of relationship with Alice and the Looking Glass going down the rabbit hole and experiencing all of these strange events were things get curiouser and curiouser, where she meets the Queen of Hearts and everyone should be be-headed because they do not conform to the Queen of Hearts ideas of how things should be. And the true underlying factor in all of these different layers is that your society still cannot itself afford to not only trust in others but most importantly to trust in oneself and to trust in the Self. In Islam the rules and regulations can be rather stringent as a means of controlling one’s impulses, one’s apparently sinful nature or self, wherein it is described one’s sole and only reason for existence is to recognize and worship non other than Allah, and everything else should simply be done away with. So there are many talking heads looking at the reasons for this and the reasons for that; who might have been responsible for starting this, perhaps a hundred years ago perhaps more. But it has nothing to do with these things, it has to do with humankind’s original basic nature which is to trust, but that instead it has learned to not trust that basic spiritual nature and instead impose varieties of stringent and even barbaric rules, and this you will find in the Abrahamic religions. The mainstay is Judaism, Christianity and Islam, these are the mainstay of Abrahamic religions and from these groups you have dozens if not hundreds of sub groups – and even sub groups can have their own sub groups, all seeking to establish their correct version of this or that, of the word of God, or what they say is the word of God. So these particular religions – the basis of Abrahamic religions is nothing to do with trusting in Self but instead to be wary, to be leery, to keep an eye out, in fact to be fearful, because if you are not on you guard, at any moment some evil power or force will take you and cause you to commit so many sins or offenses. And all these groups at one time or another have pursued their particular ideal and of course distorted interpretations of the divine ..... in a most aggressive and horrifying manner. The Christians themselves have committed atrocities but they do not necessarily speak of those but instead speak of atrocities perpetrated upon them. The Jewish people also speak to great lengths of the atrocities perpetrated against them but do not speak of theirs against others. The Islamists also do the very same thing but their atrocities have not ended, they have continued and they do continue and they will continue. Each group believes that the acts that they committed – their actions – are fully justifiable and even sanctioned by their god so they empower themselves in that kind of a negative fashion. So it is that the situation is being displayed for the whole world to see so that everyone can, hopefully learn from such experiences as horrifying as they may be and perhaps take more seriously, take more to heart the truth that regardless of skin colour, racial and national backgrounds, regardless of orientation and the nature of each individual. First and foremost all of these crimes and atrocities have been perpetrated at the level of the body and they have been the focus only of the physical, of course done in the name of the spiritual, but they do not understand what the spiritual is. So once humankind begins to understand, things will change much more rapidly. But this will not of course be accomplished in a few days or a few weeks because now the snowball has started going down the mountain it will not be so easy to stop its trajectory but eventually it will be stopped and the main issues concerning your fears and lack of trust simply because one is different, one’s ideals are different, one’s religion is different, one’s nature is different this will begin to fade into the background but it will take effort, concerted effort. Do you follow? CHUCK: Yes I think so Kris. So you’ve spoken before of the things that we see in society of course are a reflection of ourselves and so I’m wondering then in that regard we must be also speaking of the lack of trust each of us has to some degree. KRIS: Indeed. This is manifested often for instance in the political arena were some officials are elected to political office or some co-ordinators or CEO’s make a corporation do something that brings down the trust the electorate had in them and everybody expresses great dismay, a type of grieving even – how these people have betrayed the public trust, how this public office was betrayed, sullied, soiled, polluted. These individuals though responsible for their own actions are also subject to the influences, the psychological influences thrust upon them by their electorate who themselves are full of the very things the electorate do. Do you follow? CHUCK: So I’m wondering if...you phrase it that this energy I guess we’ll call it, I forget the exact word, is thrust upon these individuals, what I’m wondering if they were in a different place themselves wouldn’t it be true that regardless of their energy they wouldn’t respond to that energy in a negative fashion. KRIS: They are also players in this game. CHUCK: Sure. KRIS: And many are no different. There may indeed be some exceptions but there are hundreds or even more that seem to disappoint the electorate by some of their actions – perhaps they have accepted bribery or caused fraud or wars and unfortunately many of the electorate who would be in their position would often object to the idea that they would do the same, that they would be susceptible in the same way, but often they are. CHUCK: Yes that’s what I was thinking that in their own lives and there are probably situations that are similar and maybe not as obvious to them and this reflection of course helps to bring that out – if they have eyes to see of course. KRIS: Indeed. It does make for interesting times.
