This is a very beautifully presented dish and very tasty at that. If you are looking for something to take to that church supper, family reunion, or your next backyard BBQ, then please try the Fresh Mushroom Salad. It has always been a hit everywhere it goes and the recipe was not shared for many years. There are other variations out there of it I’m sure, but no one made it as easy and tasty as my mother. If you are a mushroom lover then this will become one of your favorite go to recipes. There is nothing better this time of year then enjoying a quick homemade salad outside on the porch swing.
