This is a very good thing that Glenn Beck did. His viewers donated $2 million to help take care of the children amassed at the border in McAllen, TX. The money went to feed the children, give them a little gift, and then the rest went to the overburdened churches in the area who have been overwhelmed financially. Dont let political cynicism cause you to attach any reason for this except doing good for those people involved in this particular area. Please watch Ted Cruz, who volunteered to help in the effort. He left the political events he had on his schedule to help. He, too, knows what it means to be from an oppressed nation, Cuba, from which his parents fled.
