This is a very important story that most people really should pay attention to. One reason in my view Democrats lost the election deals with the fact that Republicans have been spinning the gears in their minds on how to throw a monkey wrench into Democratic agenda such as Obamacare. With a lot of time on their hands not spent passing helpful legislation they have been able to get really creative. If they go after this initial first step it really will cripple the intent of Obamacare although as the article points out there are some real repercussions that they will have to find a way to deal with. I think Democrats made a mistake in waiting an extra year to implement the Obamacare exchanges through the Employer Mandate. This has left to many questions up in the air that Democrats could not defend during their recent run for office and it cost them the election. They really do not know how successful the program will be and people do not know how Obamacare will impact them personally. All they have to go by are the reported scare stories put out by conservative media. So Obamacare may actually turn out to be a really good thing for them but they may never get the chance to find that out if they are not willing to give it a chance.
