This is a video of what its like working seasonally in Alaska. So if anyone is interested (or knows people that might be interested) Holland America / Princess Cruise Line is looking to hire people for their seasonal Alaska operations and is already accepting applications for the 2014 season. Part of people Alaska cruise vacation. This is the company that I work for. You apply on AlaskaTourJobs and can work any number of positions such as front desk, tour desk, gift shop, matinance, house keeping, drive buses (the list goes on). They fly you to Alaska, take your air fair out of your first few pay checks and provide employee housing and meals taking $15 per day out of your paycheck for employee housing and meal costs. There are 5 different locations that they hire out of in Alaska. This year is my 3rd season with the company. I have worked at both McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge and Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. This is a video of what its like working seasonally in Alaska. You work full time seasonal May through September. You can fly to Alaska and work the summer or drive.
