This is absolutely ridiculous. I like Bill Maher and even though I think that his generalized point of view about the Muslim world is flawed, I do think that there are issues of concern here that need to discussed and addressed. But what he said about Bangladesh completely lacks factual accuracy and a clear distortion. He has no idea about the country about which he is making a comment, he does not even know where that country is. Getting an idea about Bangladesh by watching Slumdog Millionaire? Hilarious and absurd! People are not educated here! I have no idea how he got that data. This is insulting and provides a portrayal of the country which does not match the reality. Despite having all its problems, Bangladesh is still a Peoples Republic and the people of the country have always stood against extremism. Instead of highlighting these points, when Bill Maher distorts facts, thats disturbing. I will request everyone to protest against this. Does he even understand that when he does something like this, it actually hurts his credibility and allows people to ignore his critical assessments?
