However, as a crisis consultant I suggest it is time that law enforcement started using some common sense because if these facts prove to be true not only should they lose their jobs, they should be sued and significant damages awarded. I have no time for stupidity on either side of the law BUT I certainly have no patience with LE that is outside the bounds of their responsibility.
