This is against our rights not only by the amendment but our rights as human beings to be treated fair and with equality. If this video is leaving nothing out he had no right to arrest him; especially since he wasnt told the circumstances he was being arrested for and he wasnt even read his miranda rights. Shows how corrupted our own police force is; they are suppose to serve and protect the people but instead they violate our rights and try to make us live in fear to help the insecurity in their head because their lives as humans have been non-productive and the police force was the only thing there tiny arrogant/ignorant minds could comprehend. In my mind since the police didnt follow protocol he has every right to resist arrest because he didnt know what he was being arrested for in the first place. Another point I want to draw out to people just because his son is autistic doesnt mean he is not capable of doing normal everyday things that we do there are different cases of autism theyre not all the same.
