This is all Topeka needs, ONE MORE EMPTY building to add to all the structures now falling down ramshackle empty due to the lovely man who owned so much of Topeka and never kept it up. NOW he has parts of our city looking like a war zone while bankruptcy is his out. My question: For a property size the magnitude of the Kansas Expcentre, I cant understand why $17,000 is daunting for repairs. I HOPE the give up mentality of so many dont take hold of this one as well. I support the Kansas Expcentre and the QUALITY of LIFE benefits that this beautiful venue brings to our capitol city for both residents and visitors alike! I VOTE to keep the KANSAS EXPOCENTRE open and fully operating. All in favor provide a resounding hearty loud AYE!
