This is all rather strange to me. Basically, what the position here, summed up, consists of is: If youre accused of domestic violence, you cannot work here. Putting aside the whole aspect of accused vs convicted, which is a real issue, are we going to insist that, for instance, Burger King not have a server whos been accused of domestic violence? The guy working at the gas station cant be employed because hes accused? At what point do you say It really doesnt have anything to do with their job, so it doesnt matter. School janitor? Website designer? Where, and with what rationale?
