This is amazing, I did a same thing in my school with the pencils, pens my students left on the desks....after asking them whose pens, pencils are these and nobody was the owner I collected all of the staff I found in the classrooms( my students change classrooms almost every hour) and I took to Nicaragua, Cuba, Brazil....When I told my students how happy were the children, poor children after getting a little present from my students....the most of them said well, you are a beggar, if we leave something it is because we dont need any more as it is empty, or not good..... someone else , instead told the story at home, and as an answer some parents offer to give me some school staff for my next trip to poor countries! Two years ago when I was going to Nicaragua, I was carrying a big parcel with school staff and clothes, In Paris I missed the plane to Miami so I had to go to Chicago, Miami then Managua....2 days around before arriving to the final destination.....it is very easy to understand ...My luggage didnt arrive with me ....only the big parcel with my special presents, well I only had a little rucksack with something to get changed as I was going to a warmer country....I used my old clothes....I only got my luggage 2 days before going back to my country(2 weeks without my lovely italian clothes, actually Primarks ahahahahah)...I found out i didnt need any thing I had put in my case! I was washing my few clothes at night and wearing the day after....I bought 2 t shirts....I was really happy the luggage I had lost was my own case not the one with childrens presents!
