This is amazing a must try: Baked Egg Whites & Spinach Packed with vitamins K and A, spinach makes a great addition to egg whites for breakfast. Ingredients: 3 egg whites handful of spinach (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup onion, chopped 4 or 5 grape tomatoes, halved alt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a medium sized skillet with cooking spray and saute the chopped onion for 3 to 4 minutes, until translucent. Add the spinach and saute until just wilted. Place spinach-onion mixture in a small oven-proof dish and top with egg whites. Season with a bit of salt and pepper, add tomatoes and bake in oven for 17 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
