This is amazing and very good news for the GOPs chances of maintaining a majority in the U.S. House of Representatives! Last month the Democrats held a 9-point lead over Republicans in Quinnipiac Universitys generic congressional ballot poll. This month Quinnipiacs generic congressional ballot poll is tied at 39 to 39. Theres no doubt, at all, that the disastrous rollout of the ACA website, the massive number of individual health care policy cancellations and the higher premiums for policies on the ACA exchanges produced this result.
