This is an amazing and short documentary... Muslims dont feel like they have to separate themselves from terrorists committing acts of terrorism in the name of faith, anymore than white christians feel they need to separate themselves from the KKK, who is the oldest terrorist organization in the world, and commits all of their acts of violence and hate in the name of christianity, to the point of having a giant cross as one of their symbols. It is very unhelpful when people start to make the assumption that what most muslims believe is somehow fundamentally inimical to our interests or beliefs - this idea that they hate us because of who we are as Americans (the extremists/terrorists represents less than 1% of the Islamic world).. the Americans are deeply penetrating our societies to change us, which is about as disrespectful as you can get, treating us as little kids that need to be molded and taught, or as putty that can be shaped so they can do whatever they want with us, this is the classic colonial mentality. There IS such a thing as islamophobia, racism and discrimination and I hate the fact that we judge others just because they arent exactly like us...when we do this and push our beliefs onto others, we are no better than the terrorists of the world.
