This is an ancient photo of the Oriental harbor before any of the fish houses were built. I recognize only the Stallings house in the middle of the photo and to the right is the Winborne house (now torn down). Dont recognize anything else. I think the storms got most of the houses to the right towards the breakwater. I think the buildings to the left were a lumber company. Looks like the camera angle was from near the OYC. I think the house with the chimney near the harbor may be Roland Styrons house which is now the Marina restaurant on the corner. Any thoughts?
