This is an article from Forbes, one of the most famous financial magazines in the world. Ive been saying this for a while but here we go again. We are being held back economically at the most basic levels causing our economic structure to be forever incapable of supporting business or a middle/upper class. This is, in part, because of our land laws. Unemployment is 85% here because we cant use the land to create free enterprise. No free enterprise; no jobs, no jobs; no money to start businesses to create jobs. its a loop that never stops. We have no investment capitol. Even though our community members are very bright people, allot of them have great ideas, economics runs the modern world and banks wont loan them money and they have no start-up capitol. If our land owners are getting crooked appraisals of their land and only receiving a fraction of the amounts that land owners get else where, that is a major hurdle. If we cant use our houses as collateral for business loans because we cant officially own them or our property, thats another major hurdle compounding the situation . These hurdles are everywhere and were set up intentionally. We have to stop laterally oppressing each other and ourselves by thinking this situation is our fault because we are in some way substandard human beings. This environment was prefabricated, manufactured and then imposed on our people by Western Civilization after thousands of years of experience murdering innocent people taking their land and profiting from this destruction then keeping the remaining population in check. forbes/sites/johnkoppisch/2011/12/13/why-are-indian-reservations-so-poor-a-look-at-the-bottom-1/
