Enforce The final step of the plan is to enforce on those suites that have not been legalized or removed. Enforcement will involve placing a charge on title for each property. As part of the process an advisement will be issued to Financial Institutions, Insurers, the Home Protection Office and CMHC indicating which titles have been charged.
