This is an event that is dear to my heart and I have been volunteering for many years!!!! I met the founder Suzie about 8 years ago when Prestonwood Baptist Church partnered with her to help with their December event at the Dallas Convention Center. I had NO IDEA what I would see, little children with no coats, dirty clothes and matted hair. Thousands of homeless and poor, it BROKE my heart. We are in America and most of us have so much, we need to help others who are not as fortunate as we are. If everyone would give just a little of their treasure, talent and time we could change this!!! If you saw one of these little children with no coat in the winter I know all of you would get them a coat!!! Susie has become my close friend and mentor over the years and needs our help to change this. Thank you in advance for considering to help!!!
