This is an idea whose time has come if your city is overrun with underwater mortgages or foreclosures approach your city government with using eminent domain. I would entreat you to take it a step farther. If you have a company that is leaving to go to another place because of lower wages. Use this same principle of law and have the community condemn t he factory then sell it to the workers. Do it before the corporation begins moving the equipment! This is how the parts manufacturer should have been dealt with in Southern Illinois!
