This is an incredibly important announcement for SAW: On Christmas Eve, I received a call from VA Undersecretary Tom Muir that the Secretary for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Robert Bob McDonald is interested in visiting a Live SAW Project Cohort. Right now, that is being planned for Monday, 26 JAN 2015. Obviously, this is a big deal for SAW and we are asking for your support. To that end, we are asking that you take a few minutes to click on the following link and leave your thoughts for the Secretary: projecttreasure/treasure/project/1mcdonald The directions are pretty straightforward and please let the Secretary know your thoughts and feelings on SAW and perhaps why this should be more widely available to active duty & returning Warriors. All of your remarks will be compiled into a book and presented to the Secretary during his visit.
