This is an old post I thought I would share once more I remember yrs ago when gas powered lawn mowers came out . My step dad bought us one and I was elated that I had to labor no more. Well not really but it felt that way........ Those old rotor blade lawn mowers were tuff on a 9 yr old girl, not to mention the blisters. There was a slight problem I didnt quite understand how to get our new self propelled mower started and not long after I reverted back to that which was familiar ....... My stepdad asked,how could you go back to that old rotor mower when I made your job so much easier with the new and better one.That is how Paul felt with the Galatians in chapter 4.......... After all they had seen and heard how could they be going back to the law which says you are made righteous by your works when you have seen and tasted . So Paul tells them he must stay with them until Christ is formed in them. see they didnt get it the first time, they were not fully persuaded that the work was finished. Paul knew there was something they missed that they had not fully repented of the law belief system. we have the Holy Spirit in us persuading us of who Papa is and who we are ALREADY in Him....... The fruit does not bare itself, it is the vine that produces the fruit and it is fed from the character of God in and through us. By His faith we are able to believe
