This is an unusual post and one where I am asking for a little help. This Cypraea stolida crossei, which was part of my sales stock, is one of three pricey Cypraea that were stolen from my sales table at the shell show this past weekend. The pictures show much of the detail of the shell. It is exactly 34.0mm in length. It should be easy to identify. My request is that if anyone gets offered this shell, please contact me immediately and privately here on FB or on my business email and let me know who made the offer. I will post the other pictures as soon as I find them. I know this is a long shot, but hopefully the person who lifted the shells from my display, in a glass top case no less, will be equally brazen and go on the open market to offer this shell. Other details are known, but not necessary to discuss here. Thanks for your help and lets hope this person trips up and gets caught.
