This is an update from my buddy Jeff, who hasnt even finished the first 30 days of his program. I am extremely happy for you Jeff! What I can relate to the most is how you talk about having more energy and saving money. I cant get over how much money I am saving: So I seem to have reached a plateau. Ive stayed at 237 lbs for several days, next weekend is the end of my 30 Day Cleanse and therefore an official weigh-in so well see what the actual final is at that time. Even if 237 is where I sit (for now) thats 22 lbs and, thanks to a quick measurement tonight, 10cm off my abdomen. I have already ordered another 30 Day run, this will carry me into a proper work out routine. The light progressive thing Im doing now overlaps, bridging it together. It occurred to me tonight that Ive had way more energy at school than before. Normally midmorning I was dying trying to stay awake, and again late afternoon. But that seems to have changed, Im only having trouble staying awake in physics, but thats because of the teacher lol. Everything about this journey has been excellent so far. Never mind that I SAVE money. Five dollars at Timmies in the morning, easily 15 dollars for lunch at school, usually another eight bucks at McDonalds on the way home, or 25 getting take out somewhere else..... Impartial online reviews say it is very high quality, but also rather expensive (by comparison to other products)... Well even if it IS expensive by comparison... Im STILL spending less! So Ill stick with very high quality Keep it up my friend...very inspiring!!!
