This is another great song. I like this song a lot because the artist Glen Campbell has Alzheimer’s and there is not cure for that quite yet. My grandmother has Alzheimer’s as well and it is nice to see her normal on some days. Although the disease really takes a toll on the patient and the family but just being a family is the strongest thing anyone can ask for. Not only does the disease effect the person it can effect a wide spread of people. Many hospitals ignore the patients who have Alzheimer’s and just pass them by because there is nothing else they can do to help them but just to relax their bodies so they are not in so much pain. This video really connects to my family and I when we see the past and say at least we had her this long. We also mention that the lord had a plan set for her long before she had this disease.
