Apple made a short film 1.24.14 celebrating 30 years of the Macintosh – all shot using iPhone 5S, from 15 locations around the world, communicating via FaceTime to the command centre in Los Angeles which uses iMac & Mac Pro to edit and produce the video. The director for this spot is Jake Scott, son of Ridley Scott, the director of Apple’s 1984 Macintosh ad.
