This is awful! Whose bright idea was this?? Richmond had unfortunately gone way down hill in safety since I was younger and now we are willingly inviting these people into our city to live within minutes of hundreds of innocent children?? I understand theyre trying to get their feet on the ground, but what about all of the innocent homeless people or those simply just struggling to find work or a stable place to live..priorities are so backwards. Why not petition the residents of Richmond on this before willingly devastating their safety and peace of mind
