This is becoming a daily debate among some... our Founding Fathers in their infinite wisdom created a fundementally perfect government based upon; a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC! “A Constitutional Republic” is a government created and controlled, at least, by the Law of a Constitution. The Constitution of the United States of America was, in Law, foundationally based on the Bible, the Magna Carta, and The Declaration of Independence. Those documents recognize man’s sovereignty, the divine nature of man’s creation and man’s divine right to Life, Liberty, Property, and the pursuit of happiness. Our Founding Fathers crafted a constitutional Republic for the first time in the history of the world because they were shaping a form of government that would not have the failures of a democracy in it, but had the representation of democracy in it. ~ Steve King Ill bet Mr. King forgot about this... considering he doesnt agree with our Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
