This is brother Freddy, retired Vietnam vet, and now living on the street of Seattle. Since I started working here in Seattle. every time I deliver in 7/11 he never cease to help and hold the door for me and all the conversation I had we him is just thank you sir for holding the door for me, till tonight. God prompted me to give him some water and food, (and no Im not boasting, no need for kudos) and he ask me are you a christian? I always hear preaching in your truck and I was just wondering. I said yes sir I am and he started to names of the bible which is pretty amazing. I myself cant even do that, I still need table of context and when people ask me verses in the bible, I just direct them to Leviticus no one really read and goes there all jokes aside. Freddy can and running to my truck and had me read his bible because he barely can see and this what he had me read Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body. (Hebrews 13:1-3 ESV) and he started to cry because he misses his wife she when home to be with Jesus. Freddy humbled me in such way not because he can name and take me to verse of the bible. He humbled me by his faith even though this world came against him, he is holding on to Jesus and cant wait to be with Him. He is not a church goer, Ofcourse some churches would pretty much judge and not welcome him. God put people in our life for a reason. And like what the word of God said dont neglect. We can get caught up doing church and miss what the church suppose to be doing. Pray for him again his name is Mr. Freddy
