This is by far the most interesting article Ive read about the case. So Im curious what others think: is religious accommodation just a mistake? Should we accommodate individuals but not groups of individuals? Should we try to avoid passing laws that make it an issue? I dont think this case was really about reproductive rights or corporate personhood. I think it was about what religious freedom really means in a society with laws.
