This is completely outrageous. I didnt create the title of this video and Im sure it could happen to a variety of races. These officers are acting like they are on an episode of Cops Go Wild in the City with the crazy paint ball style gun waving and shouting nonsense which bears no relationship to the actual situation. Thank goodness the camera footage came to light. Come on universe, lets bring this nonsense to critical mass so that this crazy bubble can now burst and these bad cops get jettisoned.
