This is deeply personal for my daughter Pat and her friends, and I want to help her share it publicly. During a Harmony House concert at Kay Meek Centre last Friday evening, Pat dedicated this song I Wont Give Up to her friend Alexa Thompson, who was hit by two cars while crossing the street several weeks ago in North Vancouver. Alexa has been in a coma but is recovering. Her family are small business owners on the North Shore, private and proud, and this will take both a time and financial toll on them. Pat is sharing it via Youtube having arranged for $1 to be donated for every like on Youtube and Facebook (facebook/pat.charleson) to help support the family in this time of need.
