This is editorial irresponsibility at its worst. Rather than vettig based on experience, capability and whats best for New Jersey, Ganett endorsed Booker by saying: Booker is our choice for Senate, but we make that pick with little enthusiasm. The editorial board tips their hand - their first descriptor for Booker is Charasmatic Democrat, Newark City Mayor Cory Booker, but for Bell its 70 year old Jeff Bell,...vaguely familiar to true political junkies Shameful. And with all their intelligence, they say Bookers strengths are his personality and style Great qualities for a talk show host - but we need depth of character and a fundamental understanding of the true role of government. The rest of their review? Hows this for a ringing endorsement Voters may have reason for pause regarding Booker What do they say about Bell? That cornerstone of Bells economic policy may make sense in a vacuum — but getting there is wildly impractical Ill tell you whats wildly impractical - pouring Tens of Trillions of dollars into wealth transfer programs that have been proven to destroy societies since the history of history. Most of Bookers liberal agenda sounds nice ina a vacuum but in the real world of $17 Trillion debt and $100 Trillion unfunded liabilities, these are the consequences with which most Americans are NOT ON BOARD. This lackluster evaluation of Bookers candidacy by a media outlet pre-disposed to liking him is a reflection of Bookers appeal in the electorate. Please take this as evidence that Booker is more myth than man and is uninspiring among even the die hard liberals in the Media.
