This is for EVERY mom and/or dad who is waiting; waiting through the night and waiting in the early dawn. Waiting for their Wanderer to return--to come to their senses--to hope again--to stop fighting the wind and running to the end of a million highways. I am acquainted (oh, how familiar!) with the unknowing which twists and churns. I know the fear. I know the numbing ache. I know how one can teeter on near insanity wondering if God even cares--if He sees--if Hes going to do anything--something. I know warring with I trust in the middle of Im undone. If youre in-the-middle, know this: He is already there too. And so am I--for what its worth. Here standing in the middle for you and your child; standing and praying and believing with faith you can not muster.
