This is for Gilbert. I know I am not family but I have known Gilbert for over ten years...and have been his neighbor for over four years. He is one of the sweetest, kindest, most thoughtful persons in this world that I have ever come across. And yes, Mary Vogt he most certainly has given the shirt off his back for...many. Full of smiles and cared for all...especially for the children in his family, neighborhood, and friends. I miss him terribly and his life was cut way too short. As for the friendship he and I had, and Shelby, he would be really pissed off if we were sad and depressed (which we are). Gilbert would want Shelby and I to be happy and remember the many wonderful times we have spent together over the last few years.
