This is for Tuesdays message. I just couldnt wait to talk about this. How many of you have a Lucy in your life? Just a person who is just bossing you around and they claim to be your friend? A friend who may not even help you in a situation? A friend who would make you carry the pumpkin by yourself and not wait on you? Well God may call us a Lucy too. Think about it. We dont wait on Him, we always ask Him to fix our problems without contributing to our own problems, and we end up stabbing Jesus in the back and that lead to us crying. Well, God knows we are imperfect and will still be a friend or mostly a Father in our case. Did you see how the boy was happy doing it? He was smiling the entire time with the pumpkin and thats how God is with us. Yes,we are imperfect and yes we make mistakes, but God loves us just for who we are. All He require is for you to try to live life right and just believe in Him to guide you in the right direction and meditate on His word and pray. We are all Lucy in this case, but thats ok because God want to show us He will help, but we need to help ourselves and be examples of who He is. For instance, you cant get muscles if you dont exercise. Ask God all you want, but it cant happen without exercise. So live your life and if you need to carry the pumpkin,go on and carry it, but I guarantee Jesus is right there carrying it with you. Jesus loves us and if we all just help one another and meditate through His word, this world may indeed be a better place. Enjoy the clip
