This is for all my artist friends!!! But here’s the deal: I love my life. I get to do what I love most of the time. I don’t want to do anything else. I’ve tried doing other things to pay the bills while I pursued my art on the side—I have spent years in a cubicle farm, I promise you—and it nearly killed me. I only get so much time on this blue marble and I’m not spending any more of it with my passion as a side dish. At some point, my art and my spirit work will be all that I do and I will earn good money doing it. I love you all, but I don’t care if I sound feckless. I may not ever get rich and that’s okay. My life may look crazy on paper, but I know what I’m doing. The struggle is worth it. The failure, rejection, heartbreak and sleepless nights are worth it. I had a dream to make a life in the arts a reality and I’m actually pretty close to manifesting it fully. So thank you for thinking of me.
