This is for all my friends that are weird like me (Yes, that means you Charlotte). Im sipping on one as I type this. Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipe 12 oz milk 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (dark cocoa is healthier) 1 tablespoon ground flax seed 4 ice cubes Throw it all in a smoothie blender and blend till smooth. I hit the ice crush setting on mine. NOTES: I actually use a 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder and a half scoop pea protein powder because it is natural. Doesnt taste as good, but oh well. Also, I use skim milk since I get my daily allotment of fat with my consumption of avocado, meats, peanut butter and olive oil used in cooking.
