This is for those entrepreneurs and self-employed, small (minority) business people. We have to do better as business men and business women, often the service is sub-standard and the fees are usually a considerably higher. Yet we are blasted for not patronizing, our dollars are taken for granted, and there is a certain sense that we owe you our business. It is sad when the business owner sets appointments for clients and then cannot service in a timely manner. Just understand that you cannot continue to make assumptions about what we the clientele owes you. I have the option to take my finance to a business that operates with a spirit of excellence.
