This is for those who would like to debate rationally. I support a zero tax rate on corporations with cabiots. 1) Any corporation must also be a good corporate citizen. It must be responsible for any waste or pollution it creates. If it is an entity that has a possibility of having a spill or other catastrophic, it must contribute to a fund for such clean ups. No more tax payer funded super clean up sites. 2) If profits are more than 200% of the previous years operating expenses those excess funds must be held in accounts that loan to help spurr economic growth. 3) any funds taken from from the corporation for private use will be taxed at the going income rate. 4) no subsidized forms of production. If the corporation is able to make a profit then it stands on its own. If it is a important and intricate part of the economy as a whole it may be possible for bail out but it must seek funds first from the aforementioned accounts of profit holdings. What say you?
