This is going to be an extremely random post but who knows what interest it might generate! Steve and I are here in Nicaragua looking at property. Today we came across an almost perfect place....except that it was about twice as large as what we want, and consequently , twice as costly. It is between 7-8 acres in a prime area. Its beautiful, peaceful, lush and has avocado, mango, mandarin, and other local fruit trees on it. The asking price is $32,000. Would any of my FB friends out there be interested in going in on it with us? It has SO much potential, just needs people living on it and loving it! Let me know!
