At which time you will be able to defend yourself before a judge in a court of law. Decision B refuse to comply. At which time you will be detained against your will Buy what ever means unnecessary with a force greater than your resistance as is demanded by the enforcement code in every state of the union. To put it very simply. When a man with a badge pulls you over do what they ask or except your beat down like a man and stop all this whining and crying of injustice.
