This is good news, but until they get rid of the biggest problems they have down there, ie: Brian Sampson and Debi Shuker the violations of the laws will continue. Maybe someone can find out why he was FIRED from Inland Valley Humane Society (ivhsspca.org/) Who would think they could possibly find someone worse than Ryan Long. I would welcome Ryan back with open arms to get rid of Brian Sampson. If only he cared about the animals getting treated when they were sick or gave the animals a fair shot to be adopted or rescued as much as he cared about micromanaging his employees. Until they get him out of there, nothing positive can happen. He will just create a policy to fight against it. In case you have not heard LORD BRIAN SAMPSON King of San Bernardino city shelter has created a new policy: There can be NO ADOPTION over the phone until after 10:30am. PERIOD! So if you are planning on calling as early as 9am to adopt the animal over the phone BEFORE THEY KILL IT, you now must wait until 10:30am and hope and pray the animal is still available! This policy will only ensure more dogs are killed when they have a rescue or adopter interested. #mariasanchezSBCS
