This is great advice. Our group is a safe source of support, especially for those who feel like theyre alone in the way they choose to eat and live. When youre feeling like an alien out there in the SAD world, please reach out here…post, come to our potlucks, and connect with others who are on the same path. I agree its best not to go out and preach, but to inspire by setting a great example.
